How To Remove your google web history and be safe

Google keeps a tab on whatever you do on a Google site,provided that you signed in on any one of these websites.Everything you do is recorded, and can be used against you in the future. Search data can reveal particularly information about you, such as about your location, interests, age and so on. You can, however, choose to not to be so vulnerable, and can remove all of your Google web history to protect yourself from an unforeseen eventuality.

Note: Any data you remove will be deleted permanently.

Google saves your data so that whenever you surf next time you can get information faster based on the pages you visited in the past. Even it lets you know which pages you have visited in the past.This information can be useful if you are a power user, and like to get things done quickly.

But if you still want to go head and erase your entire web history.You can also select and choose individual items to remove, so that you won't lose everything.

DELETE YOUR GOOGLE WEB HISTORY

Follow these steps to partially or completely.

    Step 1: Visit your Google History page at https://www.google.com/history. Alternatively, you can click the gear icon  on the upper right corner of a search results page, and then go to Search history.

    Step 2: Click on the gear  icon again, and then go to Settings.

Step 3: Click on the delete all link. You'll be prompted for a confirmation. Click on Delete all again, and your entire search history is gone!

    Step 4 (optional): Click on the Turn off button on the Settings page to stop Google from storing your history again

If you don't want to delete your entire history, you can select individual items from the History main page, and delete them. This, by no means, implies that Google has nothing more to do with your data. They still keep some of your information on their servers for auditing and other such purposes. But at least your personal data is off the line now, and isn't susceptible to leaking out into the wrong hands.

Awesome Method To Block Websites Without Any Software..!!

1) Open this C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc

2) Find the file named "Hosts"

3) Copy the file "Hosts" to the desktop

4) Now open that copied (Hosts) file in notepad

5) Now go to the bottom of the file

6) Suppose you want to block YouTube on your PC then type

     127.0.0.1 www.youtube.com 

      on the bottom of the file

8)  After writing this line save the file.

9) Now copy Hosts file from desktop and paste Hosts file in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc

10) When you are copying the file window will give the error that the file already exist then simply replace the file.

11) Now you are done!Just go to your web browser and enter the blocked website URL in address bar, you will see the message that Website not available.

You can also block more than one website. Continue writing the website URLs

you want to bock in the following fashion

127.0.0.1 www.abc.com

127.0.0.1 www.xyz.com

.

.

.

Note : Windows will not give permission to edit Hosts file,for the solution of this problem you have to first copy that Hosts file somewhere on your PC.

After copying Hosts file simply edit the file and after that replace the Hosts file in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc

P.S : Do not forget to save first the Hosts file in some folder for backup if anything goes wrong, if you find any difficulty or error in above steps please comment below.

AP Board of Secondary Education SSC 2014 Results

AP SSC Board has been released Grading system in 2014 for the first time in Andhra Pradesh.
